We strongly encourage the purchase of Cancellation and Travel Insurance whether you are traveling by plane, train or automobile – usually purchased through your travel agent within 14 days of registration and deposit. Payment Instructions
A $500 deposit is required to register. If you wish to pay in full you can.
Paying with a credit card is available, but subject to processing fees. Using Zelle or Mailing a check has $0 fees.
Credit cards will be auto charged for the remaining balance on October 3rd 2025.

Can I still pay a deposit to hold my spot?
Answer. Yes! You can pay a $500 deposit and pay the rest later! Full amount is due on the given date listed on your confirmation. Keep in mind, if paying via credit card this deposit will include credit processing fees.
Do I need a password to register?
Answer. No, the password requirement will be taken off on April 26th 2025 at 10:00 a.m. PST.
What options to select when bringing a non-workshop partner/friend?
Answer. To register for yourself and a non-workshop partner/friend please use these options and register for each person:
Yourself/Student: Choose shared room
Non-Workshop: Choose non-workshop shared room
Can I register with my group?
Answer. Yes, if you have a group of 5 or more, please contact us and we will set you all up with group registration.
Answer. Yes, if you have a group of 4 or less you have 2 options.
1) Register all together by selecting the “Add Another Registrant” button and select the
same teacher for each.
2) Register separately and select the same teacher.
Can I register on behalf of another student?
Answer. Yes, if you have all their information then you can assist others. You have 2 options.
1) Register yourself like normal and then “Add Another Registrant” to your registration
making sure you select the class they want.
2) Register them completely separate from yourself by submitting a new form.
What kind of sewing machine comes with the Cotton Patch rental?
